The staff was very courteous and friendly. They responded in a timely manner when we requested service. In the lounge at night. The male staff at the lounge was very attentive, however the female needs a bit more customer service training and smile a bit more.

The breakfast food was mediocre and organization bad, was told breakfast was in room next to lounge. When we entered room it was messy, not a lot of choices only waffles, a few yogurt in fridge, fridge had few choices, no milk for stale cereal, regular waffle mix was out, awful blueberry flavor, no staff in breakfast room, tables were sticky, counters dirty, hot food in bar was served by staff. Not what I expect from hotel. Coffe was also in Lounge area. I travel for work and breakfast area is clean well lit, lots of option including fruit salad, fresh fruit, breads…

The room was clean and perfect size for our family. Location was convenient close to the waterparks, outlets, and shopping plaza. They had a nice bar/lounge with a huge backyard, 2 fire pits and a playground for little ones! It was such a nice experience as we were able to let our toddler play while we enjoyed a few drinks. They even had a s’mores package for the fire pits! The live bad playing that night was also amazing! They also have a small arcade, and a decent size pool but but didn’t get to try. Will definitely be booking here again!

Staff is the most caring hotel staff I’ve ever come across. Truly went above and beyond to make my son feel special. I asked the staff if it was possible to leave a card saying happy birthday to my son since we were visiting for his birthday. They went out and bought a card, balloons, and a stuffy. The most amazing part was they put happy birthday to my son on their big sign outside. They went out of their way to be so kind just because that’s the kind of people they are. They had no idea my son and I were on vacation because we suddenly lost my niece (his cousin/best friend) over the summer and he cried thinking about a party without her. It meant the world to us, seriously more than they could imagine.

Breakfast was great! It was nice to have a variety of items available.. The pool area and the pool might have been a little dated, at times pool was a bit cloudy.. staff was very helpful, professional and polite.. great place for kids, they enjoyed the games in the lounge area and corn hole and fire pits outside! Our room was absolutely perfect for our needs!

I liked the indoor pool, the view of the outside, the fireplace, garden, gazebo, and outdoor diner area. The lounge was comforting, and I especially loved the connect 4 games, table games. The indoor pool was quite large and the hot tub was nice. We were celebrating my sister’s graduation and everyone was friendly. We had a great experience. Staff was attentive to our needs.

This is always my go-to when I come up to see my son & his wife and grandkids. I never was disappointed, and they are pet friendly. Everyone there is very friendly, and now they even call after check-in to see if you need anything and if the room is up to your liking.

Staff was extremely friendly and nice our shower didn't work and the switched is to another room with no issues and compensated is for the inconvenience the bar/restaurant in the hotel was amazing.

The room was clean. The pool and hot tub were relaxing, The Lounge being in the facility was nice. Live music, food, and drinks.
